need white forest pokemon

So I literally just now got to White Forest after having played White since the day it came out, so of course White Forest is completely desolate. I'm not too terribly pleased about that, so if anyone would be willing to help me out to get the Pokemon from that area, I'd really appreciate it!

I'm also looking for a Munchlax, if anyone has one to spare.

Alas, you need to connect to someone else's copy of Black or White in order to populate your White Forest. Use Entralink to visit their Black City or White Forest and talk to the people there; they'll show up in your game in your White Forest, and so will large patches of grass and accompanying Pokémon.

As for Munchlax, if you can't set up a trade here, then the next time "Summer" rolls around you can trade for one in Undella Town in exchange for a Cinccino.
