Are you going to get this in October? I'm getting X and I'm getting Y for my sister. I'm getting either Fennekin, or Chespin. My sister likes Froakie. :3

I´m really exited and curious if the game experience will be the same in 3D. Normally I´m a "fire starter", but Chespin looks really cute.

I don't have a 3DS but if I get more work maybe I can get one by October, because I definitely want this.

I usually go with the grass starter but they're all very cute.

I really hope I can get it in October. I might get Y because of the legendary, and I like Froakie the best, though all the starter designs are super cute. I want to see the evolutions first before thinking of deciding.

I love the legendary in X. :) That deer thing is awesome! I would like to see the starter's evos too.

There's also going to be a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon for it and I love those games. I don't mind playing that later than everyone else though -- but I'd hate to miss out on getting a regular game on time.

Ugh, 3D graphics. Probably won't; I'd rather get White then White 2 then Platinum then a few of the GBA games than buy a 3DS at all, much less for one game. :(

Which makes me really sad, because Fennekin looks amazingly cute and PokéEurope is a great idea...

Well, I loved Black and Black 2, so it stands to reason I'd like their counterparts, and then there's so many other games for the DS or GBA, so it seems more reasonable to buy all of them before a 3d game :)

There are many great games on the 3DS, though. And you can turn off the 3D at any point. I don't play with the 3D on at all and still thoroughly enjoy my 3DS!

I am side-eying the graphic changes (I still love 3rd gen graphics best, though, I am fairly biased). Other than that, should be fun, though? Hopefully, anyway. :3

I was kinda stunned when I first saw, well... everything, but I very quickly warmed up to all the starters. And I was kinda sad when I found out about the switch to all 3D graphics (the sprites looked so amazing in 5th gen!), but after seeing how they look, I think I'll be fine.

I like all three starters, but I'm going with Fennekin because of my tradition of going with the Fire starter. BUT I am getting an egg of Froakie ASAP because HE IS SO CUTE OH MY GOSH. <3 <3 The little white spots on his face make me think of a mustache, so I hope he gets one in his evolved forms. Or maybe glasses! Also, I'm getting Y version... because, I guess, though I like X's legendary better--so pretty!

Oh man I am so excited for this gen. I CANNOT WAIT.

Same same, just, the fact it's on the 3DS and the battle system looks a little more interactive and IN 3D.

And the swinging from vines!! So cool!

With the titles X and Y, I'm hoping for some more inventive breeding thing, like so you could breed different pokemon types, that would be badass.
