Yooooo, this special Vivillon will be available for download in all regions from July 8 to July 31. It will come with the exclusive move Hold Hands, which ... doesn't seem to do anything, but it looks pretty.

That's my working hypothesis. I'm currently planning to try it out on an Eevee, or maybe breed myself a Pichu to test it out.
